My favorite place on Caribbean Princess for having a breakfast is definitely Cafe Caribe. Located in the aft of the cruise ship, Cafe Caribe has outside tables, where you can enjoy your meal or just a cup of coffee overlooking an endless horizon and waves of the ocean.
Sometimes it might be rather windy, yet it couldn't overshadow my enjoyment.
