Fine wines selection and paired hor d'oeuvres were presented today at island Dining Rooms. The club was open by Maitre d'Hotel Giorgio Pisano, followed by the lectures of Caribbean Princess Sommelier Adam Charkowski and Headwaiter Amaro. Educational and entertaining, the lecture was interesting for both inexperienced and experienced wine enthusiasts
