Champagne Waterfall is a tradition of Princess Cruises on the first formal night. Today Captain Marco Fortezze and Maitre’D 'Hotel Giorgio Pisano hosted a cascading Caribbean Champagne Waterfall at the Piazza. Later guests could take the picture pouring some champagne as well. 
The Champagne Waterfall Party begins at 7.15 pm so both early and late dining could participate.
It was quite crowded, however, everybody could watch Captain's speech and see him and Giorgio Pisano opening the champagne pouring ceremony. And of course a champagne was free. You know me - I like taking pictures, so I used a chance to get a photo with the captain Marco Fortezze.
